Established in 2020, Ruach Prophetic Ministries was birthed from a desire to equip believers to hear God’s voice clearly, grow in intimacy with Him, and carry His heart to others. Led by Pastor Neal and Pastor Grace, the ministry seeks to raise up people who walk in prophetic gifting with love, discernment, integrity, and spiritual maturity.

Our name, Ruach, draws from the Hebrew word meaning breath, wind, or spirit. It reflects the heart of our mission: to see the breath of God bring life to weary hearts, hope to difficult situations, and renewed purpose to those seeking His direction. We long to see people encounter the Holy Spirit and be transformed through a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Rooted in Scripture. Built on love.

Our foundation is 1 Corinthians 14:1, which calls believers to pursue love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially prophecy. We believe that hearing God’s voice is a responsibility to steward with humility. Prophetic ministry should reflect His character, remain grounded in His Word, and bring encouragement, strengthening, and comfort to others.

We are committed to developing both the gift and the person who carries it. Through biblical teaching, practical training, prophetic activations, prayer, and mentorship, we help believers grow in confidence while cultivating the character needed to minister faithfully.

Equipped to equip others.

Pastor Neal and Pastor Grace have received training under respected global prophetic leaders through Christian International, including Bishop Bill Hamon, Bishop Tom and Jane Hamon, and Prophets Joe and Ana Bucchiero, among others.

In October 2024, they were ordained as Christian International ministers and prophets to the nations, marking a significant milestone in their journey and affirming their calling to serve the nations through prophetic ministry. Their heart is to help believers recognize what God has placed within them and faithfully respond to His call.

Reaching nations. Transforming lives.

Since its inception, Ruach Prophetic Ministries has trained nearly 500 students from India and beyond, including individuals from Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai (UAE), Australia, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Participants have shared testimonies of renewed faith, spiritual breakthroughs, healing, and greater clarity in hearing God’s voice.

Through our online training school and ministry gatherings, we create opportunities for believers to learn, ask questions, practice what they receive, and grow within a supportive community. Our desire is for every participant to carry what they learn into everyday life, strengthening families, serving churches, encouraging others, and reflecting Christ in their workplaces and communities.

A vision for an equipped generation.

The promise of Joel 2:28—that God would pour out His Spirit upon all people—continues to inspire our vision. We long to see men and women across generations awakened to the work of the Holy Spirit and equipped to respond with faith and obedience.

Our training addresses prophetic ministry, spiritual authority, freedom in Christ, worship, discernment, inner healing, and deliverance. Alongside teaching, we emphasize prayer, accountability, biblical discernment, and obedience to God’s voice.

We believe that spiritual growth is seen not only in how someone ministers, but also in how they love, serve, forgive, and walk faithfully with God.

Carrying His heart to the world.

Ruach Prophetic Ministries is committed to bringing hope to the weary, ministering healing to the broken, strengthening believers, and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to raise up prophetic voices who speak with wisdom, serve with compassion, and carry God’s presence wherever He sends them.

Our heart is to see lives restored, gifts awakened, and believers equipped to advance God’s Kingdom—one person, one family, one community, and one nation at a time.
